Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
For your security and convenience, we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and PayPal. All transactions are securely encrypted.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Because every single item at DeftGifts is completely personalized and custom-made exclusively for you, we cannot accept Cash on Delivery. Full payment is required at checkout before our artisans begin crafting your order.
Do I have to pay in US Dollars or British Pounds?
Not at all! You can checkout in your local currency. Our payment gateways will automatically process the transaction at the standard global exchange rate.
Delivery & Shipping
What are your shipping options and timeframes?
After a 1-5 day processing and handcrafting period, we offer three delivery speeds:
Standard Shipping: 7 - 10 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 5 - 7 Business Days
Urgent Shipping: 3 - 5 Business Days
How do I change my shipping address?
If you made a mistake with your address, please email us immediately at help@deftgifts.com. Because our production lines move quickly, we only have a strict 2-hour window from the time of purchase to modify your address.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We proudly ship our personalized gifts worldwide, with a strong focus on serving customers across Europe, Scandinavia, the UK, and North America.
Order Details & Modifications
Where is my order? How can I track it?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can instantly check the real-time status of your package by visiting our Track Your Order page.
How can I cancel my order or change my custom text?
We offer a 2-hour grace period from the moment you place your order to make any changes to your custom design, text, or to cancel the order. After 2 hours, the order is locked and sent to production. Please email us with "URGENT: Order #" in the subject line.
Returns, Refunds & Quality
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We offer a 30-Day Product Quality Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or differs from your chosen design, simply email us a photo of the defect within 30 days. We will issue a 100% free replacement or a full refund within 48 hours. You do not even need to return the defective item to us!
Can I return a product if I simply changed my mind?
Because all of our products are personalized with your specific text, photos, or designs, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept standard returns for a "change of mind" or customer errors (such as choosing the wrong size or typo).
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once approved, refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to appear via PayPal, and 5-10 business days for standard Credit/Debit cards, depending on your bank.
