Product Pricing

Custom Order Processing

Orders are processed and moved into our customization line immediately. Tracking coordinates will be provided via email once the carrier scans the parcel. Customers are advised to track packages through their localized postal channels (e.g., DHL in Germany, PostNord in Scandinavia).

3. Intellectual Property & Custom User Content

Validity of Uploaded Content

By uploading, submitting, or sending any custom materials—including text, names, quotes, graphics, or photographic images ("User Content")—to our customization platform, you explicitly warrant that you own the necessary copyrights, trademarks, or official permissions to utilize such content commercially.

Limitation of Verification Liability

While DeftGifts maintains baseline screening filters, we cannot guarantee 100% identification of copyrighted or infringing materials uploaded by customers. Therefore, we assume absolutely zero liability for any intellectual property infringement resulting from custom designs ordered by users.

Indemnification Clause

If any trademark dispute, legal claim, or copyright action is brought against DeftGifts due to the User Content you uploaded, you explicitly agree to handle the legal defense entirely, cover all associated legal fees, and fully indemnify DeftGifts from any financial losses or damages resulting from the claim.

Rights to Moderate Content

To maintain a trusted platform, we reserve the full right to pause orders and request revisions if our design team identifies content that openly infringes on intellectual property rights, contains hateful text, or violates local laws. If requested changes are ignored, the order will be canceled.

4. Digital Accuracy & Product Previews

DeftGifts strives to present digital product previews, design configurations, and mockups as accurately as possible. However, because every product is uniquely customized and physical manufacturing involves dynamic processes, variations can occur:

  • Color Variations: The exact colors, shades, contrast, and "look and feel" you observe depend heavily on your individual smartphone or computer monitor settings and display technology. Minor color deviations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

  • Accuracy: If an item is verified to have arrived with severe errors that fundamentally contrast with your submitted choices, your sole remedy is outlined under our designated Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall DeftGifts, our directors, officers, employees, or manufacturing partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits or revenue—arising from your use of any of our products or services.

Because personalized gifts are entirely custom-made, the sole and exclusive maximum liability of DeftGifts to any customer shall never exceed the absolute purchase price of the specific product ordered.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
