At DeftGifts, every single item we offer is made-to-order. This means that once you place your order, we print, handcraft, and prepare each item specifically for you to ensure the highest possible quality.

To help you understand when to expect your beautiful custom gifts, we use a simple and transparent timeline equation:

1. Processing Time (Handcrafting)

Because your items are personalized, our specialized production team requires 1 to 5 business days to rigorously design, craft, and quality-check your order before it enters the shipping pipeline.

  • Note: During high-demand peak seasons or holidays, handcrafting may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your custom gift is absolutely perfect.

2. Shipping Methods, Timelines & Pricing

We partner with premier global courier networks to deliver your orders directly to your doorstep. We offer three flexible shipping options at checkout depending on how quickly you need your gift:

Please Note: These shipping timeframes do not include the initial 1-5 days of processing time and do not account for rare delays caused by extreme weather or local postal carrier disruptions.

3. Shipping Directly to Your Loved Ones (Gift Feature)

Are you purchasing a gift for a special occasion and want to surprise someone? You can easily ship your order directly to the recipient's address!

  • No Price Tags or Invoices: We completely omit physical invoices, receipts, and price tags from our packaging.

  • Your recipient will only receive their gorgeous custom product, making it the perfect direct surprise gift.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your personal Tracking Number and a tracking link will be sent to you instantly.

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the postal system to scan and update your tracking information on the online ledger.

  • If your order is packed in multiple items, they may occasionally ship separately so they reach you as fast as possible. You will not incur any additional delivery charges for separate shipments.

5. Address Accuracy Notice

We want to ensure your package arrives safely and swiftly. Please carefully double-check your shipping details before finalizing payment.

  • DeftGifts cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect locations due to insufficient, misspelled, or faulty address details provided by the customer at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase at help@deftgifts.com to update your details before production begins.

6. International Customs & Fees

For international and Scandinavian orders, parcels are routed seamlessly through local customs. While uncommon for standard gift packages, any additional import duties, taxes, or local carrier handling fees imposed by your specific country's regulations are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
