Because every single item we create is personalized and custom-made to order, our return and refund process is carefully designed to protect your satisfaction while maintaining our high craftsmanship standards.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and policies.
1. Order Cancellation & Modification (2-Hour Window)
Because we immediately send custom designs into our production pipeline to ensure fast delivery, we offer a strict window for changes:

To cancel, modify, or update your order details (such as shipping address, name spellings, or photo uploads), you must contact our support team at help@deftgifts.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Requests for cancellations or modifications made outside this 2-hour window cannot be processed, and your order will be manufactured and shipped as originally placed.

Please Note: Any design modifications requested within the window may slightly adjust your order's estimated delivery timeline.

A 1.5% management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied to all processed cancellations.
2. 30-Day Product Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that our products meet the highest advertised standards. Every item undergoes a rigorous inspection by our Quality Control team before it is safely packed and shipped to you.
If you encounter any genuine quality issue, we are fully responsible. You can request a 100% free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery if:

The product arrives physically damaged or defective.

The customized item differs significantly from the design preview provided on our website.

An incorrect item or incorrect design choice was sent by our mistake.

An item is entirely missing from your package.

Our team will review the evidence and process your free replacement order or full refund within 48 hours.

No Return Needed: To save your time and eliminate shipping friction, you do not need to ship the defective or damaged item back to us once video/photo evidence is approved.
3. Non-Quality Requests & Customer Errors
We encourage all customers to carefully review detailed product descriptions, sizing charts, and design previews before finalizing their purchase.
Because personalized products are completely unique and cannot be resold or restocked, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal mistakes (such as choosing the wrong size, uploading the wrong file, or inputting incorrect custom text).
Insufficient Address or Customer Mistakes:

Address Errors: If a package cannot be delivered or is returned to us due to insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect address details provided by the customer, a 70% refund of the item's price will be issued (a 30% crafting fee deduction applies to cover the lost custom materials and manufacturing labor).

Unauthorized Returns: Please do not attempt to return items to the manufacturer address without prior written authorization from our team. Customized products sent back without authorization cannot be tracked or restocked and are not eligible for a refund.
Note: Minor variations in color shades or slight size variations due to specific monitor lighting or screen configurations are standard in e-commerce and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Once a refund is approved and confirmed by our support agent, the funds will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the balance to appear on your account depends entirely on your financial institution:
